5210 in 30 Challenge, Santiam Memorial Hospital will emphasize four lifestyle behaviors aimed at preventing chronic diseases and promoting fitness and a healthy weight. Challenge yourself to eat at least
5 servings of vegetables and fruits a day. Reduce your screen time to
2 hours or less. Work towards
1 hour of activity a day and eliminate all sweetened beverages. That's the 30 day challenge! Join us for presentations every 15 min at the Santiam Memorial Hospital booth.
